31 Home Inspections LLC is owned and operated by Matthew Hice. He spent 13 years as a Police Officer with the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office. He was also a member of the Bomb Squad as an FBI certified Public Safety Bomb Technician.

 

The name 31 Home Inspections comes from the police term "Signal 31" which refers to an officer doing a "property check".
